Navigate to the Course Catalogue from your dashboard sidebar. Browse or search for courses, click on a course card to view its detail page, then click "Enroll" or "Enter Classroom" if you are already enrolled. Institutional courses are automatically accessible once your matric number is verified.

Go to Grades & Transcript from your sidebar. Scroll down to the "Earned Certificates" section. Click "Verify →" next to any certificate to view it, then click "Download Certificate PDF". Certificates are also emailed to your registered address upon issuance.

Late submissions are marked with a Late badge and may be subject to grade penalties as defined by your lecturer. Contact your lecturer directly through the Messages feature to request an extension before the deadline. Platform admins cannot override lecturer grading decisions.

Visit the Certificate Verification page from your sidebar or institution portal. Enter the Certificate ID (format: LEZ-YYYY-XXXX) printed on the certificate. The system will display the holder's details, course, grade, and issuance date if the certificate is authentic.

Lecture notes and resource PDFs can be downloaded from the Resources tab within each lesson. Video lectures require an internet connection to stream but your notes are saved locally. Offline mobile access is available via the Learn-EZ mobile app (iOS/Android).
